Refund & Return Policy for Canada & USA

• Returns are permitted on all new items within 30 days of delivery.
• All items must be unused, unmodified, in original packaging, and must include all original hardware.
• Returns will be denied if any modification has been made to our product.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. This covers initial shipping, inspection, and processing costs.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We do not accept COD packages or FedEx returns.
• Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. We can issue return labels. Any shipping charges billed back to us will be deducted from refunds.
• Do not refuse delivery. Customers who refuse or use a "return to sender" method will be charged the full retail shipping rate both ways plus a $40 admin fee, or may forfeit the entire purchase.
