• Once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled.

🚫 Do not refuse delivery. Customers who refuse or use a "return to sender" method will be charged the full retail shipping rate both ways plus a $40 admin fee, or may forfeit the entire purchase.

• Any damages or missing items must be reported to us by confirmed email within 24 hours of receiving the order.
