Warranty

  • All Phoenix Exhausts catalytic converters come with a 1-year on the converter body and end pipes.
  • Phoenix Exhausts warrants that all converters are free from defects in materials and workmanship and are designed to meet federal emission requirements when the vehicle is properly maintained (excluding California).
  • Warranty is void if:
    • The converter was not installed by a licensed auto technician.
    • The converter was installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed.
    • The converter was altered, repaired, or damaged due to negligence, accident, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Phoenix Exhausts assumes no liability for failures related to engines not operating within factory specifications or vehicles with modified exhaust systems.
  • For warranty claims to be honoured:
    • The part must be returned with proof of purchase.
    • A failure report from a licensed mechanic must be provided.
  • 🚫 Warranty does not cover labour costs, shop expenses, or additional repairs.
  • All warranty-related shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Warranty is for replacement only—no refunds. Replacement does not extend the original warranty period.
  • An administrative fee may apply for warranty replacements.
