1. Can I cancel my order after it’s shipped?

No. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled.

2.  What if I ordered the wrong part?

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend confirming fitment with a licensed mechanic before purchasing.

3. Can I refuse the delivery?

No. Refusing delivery or marking a package “return to sender” will result in full retail shipping charges both ways plus a $40 admin fee. In some cases, the purchase may be forfeited.

4. What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?

You must report any damages or missing parts within 24 hours of delivery by email.

5. Can I return an item?

Yes, returns are accepted on new items within 30 days of delivery.

6. What condition must the item be in for a return?

Items must be unused, unmodified, in original packaging, and include all original hardware.

7. Is there a restocking fee?

Yes, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

8. Are shipping charges refundable?

No. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Do you provide return labels?

No. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.\

10. Is there a warranty?

Yes, there is a 1-year on the converter body and end pipes.

11. What items are not eligible for return or warranty?

Used, modified, painted, welded, melted, damaged, or discoloured (red-hot) products will not be accepted.

12. Are the catalytic converters CARB-compliant?

No, our catalytic converters cannot be used in California. They work for Federal emissions only.
